We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchasing your order. However, the items must;
- Be unused, clean and not opened.
- All roll amounts must be found in the box.
- Original packaging is required.

Not feeling the colour? That's ok!
We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchasing your order. Simply email us at care@peekapoo.com.au and we can support you through the process.
Reminder that the packages must not be used.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We advocate for our premium products. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will support you- smooth sailing. Please contact us at care@peekapoo.com.au with the details;
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
We will then begin the process of assessing the issue and communicate the next steps.
Shipping Locations
We want everyone to enjoy our beautiful bamboo paper, but you may be outside shipping zones... huge bummer! Unfortunately, couriers are still working on rural and long distance travel for packages in Australia.
We are working on this and have exciting things planned so everyone can share the joy of our products!
Non-Returnable Items
Due to shipping and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Customised items
- Shipping delays
- Items delivered but not found
